A 1930s walk-up near Tehtaankatu needed dual mirror heights and a 120 cm vanity with drawer dividers for school mornings. We specified sand-tone porcelain, matte brass taps, and a heated towel rail sized to the narrow wall beside the shower.

Floor-level drain and frameless panel replaced a boxed tub in a 1980s flat overlooking the Aurajoki. Glass clarity and warm sconce pairs counter grey river light on winter afternoons.

Clients kept original hex floor tile and wanted updated storage without drilling listed plaster. We designed a freestanding oak vanity and open shelf ladder that clears the radiator stack.
