Who we are

Information we collect
When you email or call us, we store your name, contact details, property address, and project notes to respond to enquiries and deliver styling services. Contact forms on this site open your email client; we do not operate a server-side form database.
We do not use analytics pixels, advertising trackers, or social embeds on carecollective.sbs.
Legal basis and use
We process enquiry data to perform pre-contract steps and fulfil styling commissions under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Invoicing records are kept for Finnish accounting obligations — typically seven years.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Joinery partners and contractors receive only project-relevant details after you approve a commission. Data stays within the EU unless you request exports to non-EU suppliers directly.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Finland).
